About me
I went to bartending school for grad school income, when Midori sours and apple martinis were en vogue. I never much cared for drinking—probably due to the quality of alcohol and cocktails I was familiar with.
Times have changed! The wealth of expertise and information now available inspired me to pick up a fun hobby for entertaining one or many. (It also helped admitting that I just don’t like beer or wine.) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Here you’ll find drinks I’ve tried, books I’m reading, and other info about bartending.
A note on favorites: everything tagged amaro, fernet, tiki, and light are automatically my favorites! To not render the tag meaningless, I use it only for cocktails that are foolproof fantastic, drinks I make again and again.
There are also non-alcoholic cocktail recipes too.
